Bimonthly service

0-2000 sqft - $129 initial and $50 month.
2000-4000 - $139 initial and $52 month.
4000-6000 - $159 initial and $57 month
6000+ $199 initial and $60 month
Add Rodent control - 0-2000 Add $10 to initial and $10 to Monthly.
2000-4000 Add $15 initial and $15 to Monthly
4000-6000 Add $20 initial and $15 to Monthly
6000+ Add $30 initial and $30 to Monthly
This will include - Ant, Wasp/mud daubers, Spiders, Crickets, Centipedes, Millipedes, Roaches (excluding German, Asian, Brown Banded.), Earwigs, Silverfish, pill bugs.
This is every 2 months. includes interior (After initial Interior needs to be requested, otherwise we just treat exterior on regular services.)and exterior perimeter of the home. And no call back fees. We will knock down wasp nest/ mud dauber nests and spider weds around the eaves and over hangs and around doors and windows. We also put a granular around the perimeter for an extra 4-6 foot barrier.

Termites $56.25 per station. But has to be inspected before giving price. We never give pricing for termites over phone. Termite must be a physical inspection for pricing. This is the only one we are required to have a contract on.
Pricing for 2100 sqft under yard. Monthly service April -October.
Mosquitos w/ bimonthly $89 initial and $59 month. **
Mosquitos only $109 initial and $65 monthly
*for larger yard inspection will need to be done to get pricing.
